Instructions: Fit the collar high on the neck. If additional adjustability is required, links can be added or removed for a perfect fit: 1. Unlatch the cam lock 2. Unthread and remove the webbing from a link 3. Add or remove links as needed 4. Rethread the cam lock assembly with webbing 5. Tightly pull the excess webbing through the cam lock, and latch the component
