These Terms of Use and Conditions govern your use of, and conduct associated with, the Customer Ratings and Reviews and/or Questions and Answers service offered by Pet Valu (the "CRR Service"). The CRR Service is also governed by the Pet Valu Privacy Policy.
By submitting any content to Pet Valu, you represent, warrant, and guarantee that:
You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights in the content or have a legal right or permission to submit such content through the CRR Service;
All "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;
All content that you post is accurate;
You are 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province of residence, whichever is older) or older;
The content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person, entity, and/or property.
You further agree that you will not submit any content:
That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, privacy, intellectual property, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, entity, partnership or corporation;
For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
That includes any information that references other websites, mailing/physical addresses, email addresses, contact information, phone numbers, or any other personal information;
That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
That contains information that is unrelated to the CRR Service or its purpose
That contains content that is not relevant to the product being reviewed, or contains content about our competitors
Reviews that contain or attempt to seek answers or reactions from other customers by creating a forum
Customer service issues, shipping issues, return policies or safety concerns. If you have concerns about the safety of a product, please contact us directly with the information provided below. Do not submit this feedback through a product review.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pet Valu (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, related companies, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to, Bazaarvoice, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (including but not limit to actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising directly or indirectly as a result of your violation of these terms of use and conditions.
At Pet Valu, we reserve the right not to publish your review should these terms of use and conditions not be met or complied with, or for any other reasons in our entire discretion. It is not possible for you to edit/remove your review after submission. However, if you wish to have your review removed, you can contact Customer Care Monday through Saturday, 8:00AM to 10:00PM ET, Sunday 8:00AM to 8:00PM ET by phone 1-800-738-8258, or anytime through email at customerservice@petvalu.com.
If approved, your review will appear in its entirety. We will not edit any content.
All content that you submit may be used at Pet Valu’s sole discretion, yet Pet Valu is under no duty to use such content. Pet Valu reserves the right (but does not represent or warrant that it will, even if put on notice by a third party) to change, condense, withhold publication, remove and/or delete any content on Pet Valu’s website that Pet Valu deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the above content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use and Conditions . Pet Valu does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Pet Valu to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally postediting two to four business days, yet Pet Valu may post your content at any time after you submit it.. , Pet Valu reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission to the extent authorized by law.
